PHILIPSBURG – Liberty Caribbean has named Yolande Headley as General Manager for its Dutch East Caribbean operations, overseeing Flow, Liberty Business, and BTC in Sint Maarten/Saint Martin, Saba, and Statia. Her appointment, effective April 1, 2025, marks the first time a woman has led Flow’s business in the region.
A Barbadian national with over 34 years in telecommunications, Headley previously served as Interim Director of Business Development, where she closed operational gaps and met key revenue targets. Liberty Caribbean praised her “relentless drive for innovation” and ability to empower teams.
