KRALENDIJK - Flamingo Airport announced on Friday that the new Kiss & Ride zone is officially open. The new Kiss & Ride zone is now located next to the car rental area, a much more logical spot than the previous location.
The aim is to reduce congestion around the terminal. Visitors are asked to use the new zone as of today for dropping off and picking up travelers.
Asphalt and more space
The access road and through lane have also been properly paved. BIA employees will now park in lot P0, freeing up more space in short-stay car park P1 for visitors.
More parking spaces on the way
In the next phase, twenty-eight additional parking spaces will be added and road markings will be applied.
