KRALENDIJK – Colourwalk 2026, held today, once again drew a large crowd — just like every year. The Colourwalk set off from the waterfront near the customs office and ended at the same spot, after winding along the seafront, through the back streets, and through the centre of Kralendijk.
There was plenty of enthusiasm and laughter among the participants, and so much coloured powder was thrown that the streets were left completely covered in colour.
It is becoming increasingly clear that Dia di Rincon is expanding and evolving into an event with many activities of its own, such as the Boat Party on Saturday and today’s Colourwalk. With this in mind, it is fair to say that Dia di Rincon has now become a more significant economic driver than the Regatta itself — which was previously considered the main attraction drawing the most visitors to Bonaire.
