SABA – The Public Entity Saba is inviting eligible contractors to submit bids for the construction of a new road connecting the Black Rocks Harbor to the recently developed Solar Park.
The project also includes essential infrastructure work, such as drainage improvements and utility trenching, extending from the gas station to the Black Rocks Harbor area. These upgrades are aimed at enhancing accessibility and supporting the island’s sustainable development initiatives.
