KRALENDIJK - Missing American cruise tourist Jessica Collins (47) has been found alive and well. Police confirmed on Thursday, September 25th that the woman is safe.
Collins disappeared on Wednesday, September 17th after leaving the cruise ship Carnival Horizon and failing to return on board. This prompted a large-scale search operation involving multiple agencies.
Immigration control check
The woman was detained by the Immigration Control department for verification due to her undocumented stay on Bonaire. During this process, it was established that Collins is in good health.
With confirmation that the American tourist is safe, the search operation is officially concluded.

The KPCN thanks all partners and citizens who contributed to the search for Collins. Various agencies collaborated, including the Public Entity Bonaire, the Harbor Office, Tourism Corporation Bonaire, Carnival Cruise Line Security, and American authorities.
Over the past week, images of the missing woman circulated on social media, with police also releasing photos showing Collins leaving the cruise ship.
