Background information
Water- and Energy Company Bonaire N.V. (WEB) intends to expand its existing wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in order to significantly increase its treatment capacity. To realize this project, WEB is organizing a public tender.
Construction is scheduled to commence from the first quarter of 2027. The works must be completed within 320 calendar days.
The assignment
The assignment encompasses all civil, mechanical, and earthworks required for the expansion of the WWTP. Upon completion of these works, the electrical and automation works will be carried out.
What Is WEB looking For?
WEB is seeking a single main contractor to carry out these works. The electrical installation and automation works fall outside the scope of this tender. The selected main contractor will be responsible for coordination with the relevant contractor(s) for those works.

Interested parties are requested to express their interest no later than August 21, 2026, at 3:00 PM (local Bonaire time). This registration deadline is required due to the mandatory sign-up at least two (2) calendar days prior to the site visit, which will take place on August 24, 2026.
