Miss Saint-Martin Contestants Explore Island Heritage Ahead of Miss France

MARIGOT, St. Martin – Contestants representing Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy in this year’s Miss France pageant took part in a cultural tour organized by the Saint-Martin Tourist Office, highlighting the island’s heritage and traditions.

The programme included a visit to Heritage Village in Colombier, where the contestants learned about the history of local women through an immersive cultural presentation featuring traditional music, dance, storytelling and local cuisine.

The group also visited several local businesses, including Sébastien Quillere Pâtisserie in Grand Case, as part of the day’s activities.

Enriching cultural experience

In a social media post, the Miss Saint-Martin/Saint-Barthélemy committee thanked the Tourist Office and the Heritage Village team, led by Clara Reyes, for providing what it described as an enriching cultural experience showcasing the island’s artistic and historical heritage.
