WINDWARDSIDE – Saba Electric Company N.V. (SEC) has reported a series of staff-related milestones over the past months, including new hires and internal celebrations.
In March and April, several employees marked their birthdays, while the company also welcomed new staff members to its Production Department, including shift operators Alejandro Benders and Marvin Pastor.
Last week, the company’s social committee organized a barbecue at the power plant to welcome new employees and bring staff together. The event also provided an opportunity for on-duty operators to connect with colleagues outside of their regular work environment.
SEC noted that the activities reflect ongoing efforts to strengthen team cohesion within the organization, which plays a key role in maintaining the island’s electricity supply.
