We are looking for a practical and people-oriented Social Worker to support tenants and applicants in accessing and maintaining stable housing, while contributing to a positive living environment within our communities.
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct intake interviews and manage applicant records

Support tenants with housing-related concerns and conflicts

Carry out house visits and follow-ups

Assist tenants with rent arrangements and general support

Monitor tenant well-being and promote a respectful living environment

Support small community initiatives and projects
Requirements:

MBO+ or HBO level in fields related to Social Work
-
Background in social work or a related field, and minimum 2 years experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism

Practical problem-solving mindset

Ability to work independently within a small team
