Zorg en Jeugd Caribisch Nederland (ZJCN) announces that as of September 1, 2026, Sulay Lau has been appointed as Head of Operations. In this role, she will play a key part in the further development of ZJCN, with a focus on digitalization and the professionalization of the organization.
Lau has approximately 27 years of experience within the public sector and has held various positions at different government organizations. Her career began at the SVB, after which she worked as a Coordinating Officer at SZW. Following a period as a Customer Contact and Insurance Administration Officer at the health insurance fund (ZVK), she most recently served as Team Leader Care and Service at ZJCN.

"Thanks to her years of experience within ZJCN and the Public Service of the Caribbean Netherlands, she knows the organization inside and out. She is the ideal person to take our operations to the next level."
