KRALENDIJK – The Public Entity Bonaire (PEB) has announced three tenders for residential development: two for plots in the Dawari area and one for site preparation and infrastructure in Rincon Pariba. The tenders are being published simultaneously, and interested parties may submit a bid for one or more components.
In Dawari, the tenders concern residential areas C and D. Candidates may submit a bid for one or both plots, which may be awarded to the same developer or to different developers.
In Rincon Pariba, the work includes site levelling, access roads, sewerage, and a decentralised water treatment facility. The area is intended for approximately 50 homes, spread across two residential plots.
The development of the homes themselves does not form part of the current tender; this will follow in separate tenders at a later stage.
