
ORANJESTAD, St. Eustatius — The Chamber of Commerce & Industry St. Eustatius & Saba is preparing to host an Intellectual Property (IP) workshop for entrepreneurs, artists and other interested participants on St. Eustatius and Sabanext month.
The workshop will focus on trademarks, copyrights and other forms of intellectual property protection. According to the Chamber, the sessions are intended to help participants better understand how ideas, logos, designs, inventions and brand names can be protected and used as valuable business assets.
The tentative schedule lists a workshop on St. Eustatius for Wednesday, June 10, followed by a session on Saba on Thursday, June 11. Sessions are expected to take place either from 9:00 a.m. to noon or from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Participation is free of charge, but the Chamber is requesting pre-registration to assist with planning and organization.
