Leisure tourism Bonaire slightly down in April 2026

KRALENDIJK – Bonaire received a total of 18,778 overnight tourists in April 2026, a slight decline of 0.4% compared to April 2025. This follows from new figures released by the Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB).

The Netherlands remains by far the most important source market. With 8,176 visitors, 43.5% of all arrivals came from the Netherlands. The United States ranked second with 4,140 visitors, accounting for 22% of the total.

Curaçao completed the top three with 3,381 visitors (18%). They were followed by Belgium (527 visitors, 2.8%), Aruba (507, 2.7%), Canada (388, 2.1%), Germany (274, 1.5%), Switzerland (219, 1.2%), Colombia (136, 0.7%), Brazil (134, 0.7%) and the United Kingdom (128, 0.7%).
