PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten – Winair and the Government of Montserrat have signed a three-year agreement to maintain scheduled air services between St. Maarten and Montserrat.

Under the agreement, Winair will operate at least three flights per week between Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) and Montserrat (MNI), using its Twin Otter aircraft.

The agreement runs until September 30, 2029, and includes annual reviews of operational and administrative arrangements.

The service is part of Montserrat’s three-year Access Strategy, aimed at maintaining air connectivity for residents, visitors and businesses. The government also expects the arrangement to support tourism and economic activity by providing regular connections to St. Maarten and the wider Caribbean.
