Residents of monumental homes on Bonaire, Statia, and Saba can apply for a subsidy starting in September

Starting September 1, you can apply for a subsidy for major maintenance or restoration of your historic home. The pilot subsidy scheme is open from September 1 through September 30, 2026. Historic homes that are not officially listed as monuments may also qualify.
