ORANJESTAD, St. Eustatius – More than 60 women participated in SHE Leads Statia 2026, a four-day leadership and empowerment event held from June 15 to 18 on St. Eustatius.
According to the Public Entity St. Eustatius, the program focused on leadership development, confidence building, personal growth and networking. Through a series of workshops, discussions and interactive sessions, participants were encouraged to strengthen their leadership skills while building connections with other women across the island.
The event concluded with a celebratory gathering that brought participants together to reflect on the experience and the relationships formed during the week. Photos shared by the island government show a strong turnout and active participation throughout the program.
The organizers described SHE Leads Statia 2026 as an opportunity for women to learn from one another, support each other and further develop their potential as leaders within the community.
The island government thanked all participants, facilitators and supporters who contributed to the success of this year’s edition of the program.
