Saba has once again received international recognition for the quality of its diving experiences. The island won seven distinctions in the 2026 Scuba Diving Readers’ Choice Awards, an annual ranking presented by PADI and featured in the November edition of Scuba Diving magazine.
Saba placed third in the category “Health of Marine Environment” and was also listed among the top destinations for big marine life, macro life, wall diving, underwater photography, advanced diving and overall value. The awards reflect feedback from thousands of divers who vote each year on their favorite global dive locations.

According to the organizers, the results underscore Saba’s strong reputation for well-protected reefs and consistently high-quality dive conditions. For the island, the recognition is a boost to its profile as a sustainable and world-class diving destination.
