Delta Security is expanding its presence on the Windward Islands and is looking for an Account & Operations Managerbased in St. Maarten to oversee our operations and client portfolio on St. Maarten, Saba and St. Eustatius.

Please note: This position is based in St. Maarten. You must already live on St. Maarten or be willing to relocate. Unfortunately, applications from candidates who are not prepared to relocate to St. Maarten cannot be considered.

What will you do?

As our Account & Operations Manager, you will be the face of Delta Security on the Windward Islands. You will combine commercial expertise with operational leadership and be responsible for growing our client portfolio while ensuring the highest quality of service.

Your responsibilities include:

• Actively acquiring new clients and projects.
• Managing and maintaining existing client relationships.
• Preparing and following up on quotations and proposals.
• Regularly visiting clients on St. Maarten, Saba and St. Eustatius.
• Monitoring and maintaining the quality of our services.
• Coordinating day-to-day operational activities.
• Supporting the implementation of new security projects.
• Identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Building and maintaining a strong professional network.
• Reporting commercial and operational results directly to management.

Who are you?

You are an independent, results-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships and helping an organization grow.

In addition, you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in account management, operations or a similar management role.
• Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and commercial skills.
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• A valid driver’s license (Category B).

Experience within the security industry is an advantage but certainly not required.

What do we offer?

• A gross monthly salary between USD 3,500 and USD 4,000, depending on your knowledge and experience.
