
KRALENDIJK – Residents who urgently need a passport or sedula can make use of additional office hours offered by Civil Registry Bonaire, according to the Public Entity of Bonaire. The service is specifically intended for residents who need to travel on short notice or who cannot wait due to medical reasons.
These extra appointments are only available for those who must travel soon or require an urgent travel document for medical reasons. A plane ticket or a doctor’s medical statement is required as proof.

The number of available slots is limited, and appointments will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents can contact the Customer Contact Center (KCC) by phone at 715 5330 or via the chat function on the website.
Civil Registry states that it is aware of the high demand during the holiday period and is working on further improvements in service delivery and reducing waiting times.
For regular applications, services are available by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
