ORANJESTAD, St. Eustatius – Motorists on St. Eustatius are paying less for gasoline and diesel following a reduction in fuel prices that took effect on August 18.
The price of gasoline dropped from US$2.129 to US$1.9644 per litre, a decrease of almost 16.5 cents. Diesel saw an even larger reduction, falling from US$1.957 to US$1.7177 per litre, or nearly 24 cents.
The new prices were announced by the Public Entity St. Eustatius.
