GUSTAVIA, St. Barthélemy – The Collectivité of St. Barthélemy has launched a public selection process for a new operator to manage and run the restaurant at Rémy de Haenen Airport.

The restaurant occupies 121.5 square metres on the upper floor of the terminal in Saint-Jean. The Collectivité will provide part of the furniture, kitchen and restaurant equipment, as well as a Category 4 liquor licence.

Prospective operators are being provided with exceptionally detailed tender documentation, going well beyond a general description of the concession. The package includes extensive photographs, plans and technical information on the restaurant and its facilities, allowing interested parties to assess the premises in considerable detail before applying.
