KRALENDIJK - In September 2026, a new edition of the Caribbean Netherlands Talent Development Program (TOP CN) will begin. The program offers graduates with Caribbean roots a paid position at a government organization, combined with a study track. Applications are possible from Thursday, April 22.
TOP CN lasts one year and combines work with learning. The trainees start working at a public entity or at the Dutch Caribbean National Government Service (Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland), in a role that is connected to their field of study. The official start date is September 14, 2026. The study program itself lasts ten months.
During the program, the trainees follow courses and workshops in areas including, among other things, strategic environmental management, management skills, and language skills.
