KRALENDIJK – The Tourism Corporation Bonaire and the Port Authority received representatives of Carnival Cruise Line last week.
The delegation, which included COO Sarah Reno and Senior VP Marie S. McKenzie, visited Bonaire while the Carnival Horizon was docked in the harbor. The program consisted of a guided tour, a visit on board, and an informal Meet & Greet at Pier Two with tourism stakeholders and representatives of the Public Entity Bonaire.
The discussions focused on shared priorities: a positive experience for visitors, added value for local businesses and the community, and a responsible approach to cruise tourism. Director Elesiër Angel emphasized that Carnival is an important partner and that aligning interests is central to TCB’s destination management.
