KRALENDIJK — Stichting Clini Clowns Bonaire officially signed its deed of incorporation at the notary on Thursday, July 9. The foundation is now a legal reality.
The initiative took shape early last year, with preparatory meetings organized by Stichting Alzheimer Bonaire and prospective board members. Fundashon Mariadal, Zorg en Welzijn Groep, FKPD and Stichting Clini Clowns Curaçao all supported the process. Curaçao also provided concrete assistance: helping draft the articles of association, a training proposal and job descriptions for aspiring clini clowns.
The board consists of Shanine Cicilia (chair), Senaida Hart (vice-chair), Milena Cicilia (treasurer), Zurishaddai Tremus (secretary) and Marciano Silberie (member).
Getting to work
Once registered with the Chamber of Commerce, the foundation can get to work bringing joy to patients across the island.
