KRALENDIJK– The Department of Spatial Planning and Development (R&O) is relocating to a new address. Starting Monday, August 10, 2026, the department will be open to the public at Kaya Amsterdam z/n, on the first floor next to the library.
Residents can visit the new address with general questions about spatial planning, such as land matters, long-term lease (erfpacht), and cadastral affairs. For questions regarding permits, the counter at Kaya Grandi 56-58 (Permits, Supervision and Enforcement) remains the correct address, for building, establishment, and nature permits alike.
All applications, forms, and documents for the Department of Spatial Planning are to be submitted and processed through the Post & Archive department, which has been responsible for centralized registration since July 15, 2026. The Public Entity of Bonaire asks residents to take note of the new address as of August 10.
