KRALENDIJK - Water and Energy Company Bonaire (WEB) has introduced new invoices for its customers. Customers who receive their invoice digitally can already view the new invoice. Customers who receive their invoice by post will receive the new invoice starting this Saturday.
According to the utility company, the new invoice has a clearer structure and gives customers a better overview of their consumption and costs.

Coming soon: Customer portal MI WEB
WEB Bonaire has also announced that it is working on the launch of a new customer portal: MI WEB. Once the portal is available, customers will be able to view their invoices digitally through a personal account.
