KRALENDIJK – Teamwork Caribbean has launched the Teamwork Hospitality Academy, a new training platform for hospitality talent across the BES and CAS islands. The initiative was developed in collaboration with SVH Netherlands, a leading knowledge and certification institute in the sector for over sixty years.
Through the academy, participants gain access to more than fifty online courses, supplemented by classroom sessions and on-the-job coaching. The certificates obtained are recognised both in Curaçao and the Netherlands. The offering includes training in hospitality, leadership, F&B and safety, alongside industry-recognised SVH certifications.
"We want to give professionals access to certified training that seamlessly connects to real-world practice," said Danielle van Joolingen, director and founder of Teamwork Caribbean, which has been active in the region for fifteen years. Ricardo Eshuis, director of SVH Netherlands, describes the partnership as an investment "in the quality and future-proofing of the hospitality sector" on the islands.
The Teamwork Hospitality Academy has been operational since 1 July.
