ORANJESTAD, St. Eustatius – Students from St. Eustatius have travelled to Saba to participate in the first SSS Inter-Islands School Games, a new initiative bringing together youth from across the islands.
The Statia team is competing in several disciplines, including dodgeball and football. The event marks a milestone, as for the first time each participating island will host the games for two days.
Engagement
The initiative aims to promote sports, cooperation and youth engagement across the Caribbean islands. Participants from Statia are expected to compete over the course of two days in Saba.
