KRALENDIJK - Dennis Volmer will step down as chairman of the board of SGB in six months’ time.
Volmer’s tenure spans nearly three years. According to the supervisory board, he has made a significant contribution to the further development of the organisation and education on Bonaire.
SGB operates under a collegial management model consisting of two directors, which ensures continuity of leadership at all times. According to a statement from the school on Thursday, the school will shortly begin the process of recruiting a new director.
The supervisory board thanks Volmer for his dedication and contribution during his time as chairman of the board, and wishes him all the best for the future.
