KRALENDIJK – On April 13 and 14, 10 students from MBO Bonaire presented their business idea and financial plan, successfully completing their participation in the fourth edition of the Qredits program ‘Be Your Own Boss’ (BYOB).
The program launched in January of this year and consisted of two parts. The first part focused on foundational knowledge about entrepreneurship. The second part emphasized developing and expanding the financial knowledge needed to draw up a financial plan for a business idea. Qredits expresses its gratitude to MBO Bonaire, Orco Bank, and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate for their trust and support in making this edition possible.
Sullivan Chin Fung Chun, Qredits Coach and entrepreneur, served as the program’s lead instructor. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bonaire also contributed to the students’ business knowledge.
Success
Of the 13 students who began the program with this group, a total of 10 successfully completed it.
