ORANJESTAD, St. Eustatius - Police on St. Eustatius are investigating an incident involving the shooting and killing of goats in the Zeelandia area, including the Grovell and Man of War neighborhoods.
The report was filed on Saturday, April 18. According to initial information, four goats were shot and appeared to have been prepared for transport to a slaughterhouse. The animals were later found abandoned in the surrounding bush.
Further investigation
A spokesperson for KPCN says that the case remains under investigation.
