ORANJESAD, St. Eustatius -Telecommunications provider EUTEL N.V. has announced that starting in November 2025, all 318 mobile numbers on St. Eustatius will be migrated from TeLEM’s network to EUTEL’s own 4G LTE VoLTE-ready network.

According to the company, the move will provide clearer call quality, faster LTE speeds, and fully local support managed on the island. The transition is expected to take place in batches, with customers retaining their current 318 numbers. Some users may need to update to Android 15 or switch to LTE-ready devices.

EUTEL says it will offer step-by-step guidance, including tent events, office support, and a dedicated hotline to ensure a smooth migration. Updates will be shared via the company’s website, Facebook, WhatsApp, and banners around the island.

The provider emphasized that the upgrade is aimed at strengthening Statia’s independence in telecommunications while ensuring reliable and future-ready service.
